These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the OutdoorX platform and the purchase of outdoor equipment and functional gear. By registering or placing an order, you fully accept these terms.
The following terms apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between Malitary GmbH (Leon-Stark-Ring 658) and you as the customer. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order. By clicking "Buy," you submit a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is only concluded upon our express acceptance.
All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete the order. Delivery takes place within 3–7 working days after receipt of payment.
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice in good time. Return shipping is at our expense, provided the goods are in perfect condition.
Statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, you are entitled to subsequent performance or reduction. The liability of Malitary GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available at policy.html. Austrian law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Vienna.
