Our models labeled as waterproof reliably protect the contents from rain and splashes. They are not designed for permanent submersion or use as diving equipment. In heavy rain, we additionally recommend using the integrated rain cover.
Yes, you have a 30-day right of return for unworn and undamaged goods. You, as the customer, bear the return shipping costs. Please include a short note with your order number in the package so we can process the refund quickly.
The volume specifications are based on standardized measurement procedures by the manufacturer. Due to different packing techniques and the shape of the contents, the actual usable volume may vary slightly. We provide the values as certified by the manufacturer.
